Refresh your camper from the exterior sidewalls to the interior surfaces with Poli Glow® products made for complete Boat and RV cleaning, detailing, and protection.
Shop the Detailing Kit Explore Detailing ProductsComplete camper detailing goes beyond spraying the exterior with water. It focuses on the surfaces and small details that determine whether a camper looks freshly maintained or tired from years of travel. Windows, decals, trim, front caps, storage doors, lower panels, and interior materials all need the right type of care.
Poli Glow® offers Boat and RV products for cleaning, refreshing, and protecting the surfaces found throughout campers, fifth wheels, travel trailers, and motorhomes. With a coordinated set of cleaners, detailers, conditioners, and microfiber towels, owners can care for both the exterior and interior without collecting a cabinet full of unrelated products.
A thorough detailing routine cleans visible dirt, focuses on high-touch areas, refreshes the finish, and helps protect compatible surfaces.
Campers are exposed to road film, bugs, mud, pollen, tree sap, black streaks, rain, sunlight, and changing weather. Inside, normal travel leaves behind dust, fingerprints, spills, food residue, pet hair, and marks on vinyl and other surfaces. Effective camper detailing addresses both environments.
Start with the condition of the camper. If the exterior is simply dusty or lightly dirty, a wash and detail may be enough. If the fiberglass or gelcoat is chalky, faded, or heavily oxidized, it may need a restoration system. Selecting products based on the condition of the surface helps produce a better result.
Remove dirt, road film, bugs, fingerprints, dust, and everyday buildup from compatible surfaces.
Detail visible areas to improve clarity, color, cleanliness, and the overall finished appearance.
Apply the appropriate finishing products to help maintain clean, attractive surfaces between trips.
Good camper detailing helps the entire RV feel better maintained. A clean exterior creates a strong first impression, while a fresh interior makes camping, traveling, and relaxing more enjoyable.
The Poli Glow® Boat & RV Detailing Kit provides a convenient group of products for common cleaning and detailing jobs. Keep the kit together in your camper so the right product is ready when dirt and buildup appear.
Work in a logical order so clean sections stay clean and dirt is not transferred back onto finished surfaces.
Look for bugs, road grime, streaks, stains, oxidation, interior dust, and areas needing special care.
Rinse loose dirt and wash exterior surfaces with an appropriate product such as Poli Wash®.
Clean trim, windows, storage doors, interior surfaces, vinyl, and other high-visibility areas.
Apply a compatible detailer or protective product and complete the job with clean microfiber towels.
Follow the directions on every product and test a small, inconspicuous area first. Avoid working on hot surfaces or allowing cleaning products to dry before they are wiped or rinsed away.
Each product in the Boat & RV Detailing Kit has a specific job, helping you create a more organized camper-care routine.
A pH-neutral, high-foaming soap for washing dirt, road film, and everyday buildup from compatible Boat and RV surfaces.
A waterless wash and detailer that helps handle lighter surface cleaning and quick touchups between complete camper washes.
A hyper-slick ceramic detailer that helps enhance slickness, improve the finished appearance, and add protection.
An all-surface cleaner and protectant for cleaning compatible surfaces throughout the camper’s living area.
A natural cleaner and conditioner created to care for compatible leather and vinyl surfaces.
Soft towels for cleaning, wiping, drying, and finishing camper surfaces without relying on rough general-purpose cloths.
Exterior camper detailing should begin with a proper wash. Rinsing away loose grit before touching the surface reduces the chance of dragging abrasive dirt across the finish. Wash from the upper surfaces downward so dirty water does not run over areas that have already been cleaned.
After washing, focus on details that are easy to overlook. Clean around windows, exterior doors, storage compartments, ladders, awning hardware, light fixtures, trim, and decals. Inspect the front cap for bug residue and the lower panels for grime thrown up by the tires.
Towels can affect the final result. A dirty or rough cloth may move contamination from one area to another and leave streaks across the surface.
Keep several clean microfiber towels available and separate them according to use. Towels used on wheels or heavily soiled lower panels should not be reused on glossy exterior surfaces or inside the camper.
The interior is where cleaning makes the camper feel comfortable again. Begin by removing loose items, trash, and anything that blocks access to surfaces. Vacuum floors, corners, seat creases, and storage areas before using liquid products. This prevents dust from mixing with cleaner and creating additional residue.
During interior camper detailing, work from the upper surfaces downward. Clean compatible counters, tables, cabinets, fixtures, and other surfaces with the appropriate product. Give additional attention to high-touch areas such as handles, switches, armrests, and seating.
Use Poli Leather & Vinyl Pro® only on compatible materials and follow its directions carefully. Properly cleaning and conditioning those surfaces can improve their appearance and help the interior feel better maintained between trips.
Completing camper detailing before storage removes road grime, food residue, dirt, and moisture-related buildup before the camper sits unused. It also gives you an opportunity to inspect seals, trim, fixtures, and exterior surfaces for problems that should be addressed.
When the camper comes out of storage, detail it again to remove dust and refresh the living area. A light cleaning at the beginning of the season is usually easier than waiting until multiple trips have added layers of dirt and clutter.
Washing and detailing remove contamination and refresh a camper, but they cannot reverse every type of surface damage. If the fiberglass or gelcoat remains chalky, dull, faded, or uneven after it is clean, the exterior may have significant oxidation.
In that situation, consider the Poli Glow® Deluxe Boat & RV Restoration Kit. The restoration system includes products for removing oxidation, preparing the surface, restoring gloss, and sealing the finish. A newer camper with excellent existing color and shine may instead benefit from ceramic protection and routine maintenance.
The best camper detailing results come from matching the product to the condition of the surface: clean what is dirty, restore what is oxidized, and protect what is already in good condition.
A detailed camper looks better at the campground and feels better when you step inside. Regular care also makes it easier to identify new stains, damaged trim, worn seals, or areas that may need maintenance before the next trip.
With Poli Glow® camper detailing products, you can clean away the last journey, refresh the interior and exterior, and help protect the surfaces you rely on during every adventure. Keep the right products ready and give your camper the care it deserves.
