RETURN POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. There is a flat $10.00 return shipping fee. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@poliglowproducts.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

 


HOW TO RETURN

Return shipping costs must be paid by the customer. Please use USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Please keep returned merchandise (if possible) in original packaging. We ask that you include the packing slip, the sheet of paper in the bag with your order number, and purchase information, with your return. If you do not have your packing slip, please write your name, email, and order number on a sheet of paper and include it in the return.

    Please allow up to 14 business days for us to receive and process your return. Upon receiving and processing your return, we'll email your store credit to you.

    *   Poli Glow Products is not responsible for any lost returns. We recommend a shipping method with proof of delivery and/or tracking number.

    *   No Exchanges at this time. Please return the item for any reason stated above and then re-order as you wish.

    DAMAGED ITEMS

    If your item arrives damaged, email us at info@poliglowproducts.com within two days of receipt of your order. Please include photos of the damage.

     

    SHIPPING INFORMATION

    All shipping is based on business days and does not include weekends or holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 pm ET will be processed the following business day. Delivery does not occur on weekends or holidays.

    If you order multiple times in one day, please email us at support@poliglowproducts.com and we will combine your orders and refund the extra shipping charges.




    Should your package be lost in transit, email us at support@poliglowproducts.com with your order number. We will file a claim for the package and if your package cannot be found upon completion of the investigation, we will reship your items.  We are not able to file a claim for missing packages until the package has been in transit for at least 15 days.




    We are not responsible for any delays caused by shipping carriers and cannot refund shipping if the shipping carrier does not meet their guaranteed shipping times. Please contact them directly regarding your delayed package.

    We are not responsible for merchandise that is lost or stolen upon delivery. We are unable to issue a refund if the shipping carrier confirms delivery. Please contact the carrier directly regarding your missing package.
