Poli Glow® is an easy-to-apply, hydrophobic RV coating that prevents oxidation and makes your RV shine like new.

Originally developed to restore the shine to fiberglass boats, Poli Glow® has developed a cult following in the RV industry due to its unparalleled gloss and easy maintenance.

Poli Glow® works equally well on laminate fiberglass RVs and painted aluminum “stick and tin” rigs.

If you need proof, just check out our large gallery of user-submitted “before and after” photos. Every week, we hear from happy owners who’s rig hasn’t looked this good since they purchased it.

The water-based acrylic polymer formula binds to the gelcoat or painted metal on your recreational vehicle, camper, or trailer to create a durable and glossy finish.

No buffing or polishing is required—just wipe Poli Glow® on with a cloth and let it dry after properly preparing the surface.

Even better, Poli Glow® lasts for years with proper maintenance.

For over 25 years, Poli Glow® has been sealing and protecting RVs all over the world, keeping them looking glossy and new.

If this is your first time using Poli Glow®, we strongly recommend you purchase our Poli Glow® Deluxe Kit..

Unless your RV is brand-new, it has accumulated oxidation that must be removed before you apply Poli Glow®.

The Deluxe Kit includes everything you need for your first application.

When to purchase an individual bottle of Poli Glow®:
If you purchased a Poli Glow® Deluxe Kit and your RV is longer than 28 feet/larger than 350 square feet of surface to cover.
If you ran out of Poli Glow® because your gelcoat was highly oxidized and absorbed more product than usual.
If it is time for a maintenance application (please refer to the Poli Glow® Application and Maintenance Guide)
If you need to touch up some scuffed areas (please refer to the Poli Glow® Application and Maintenance Guide)

For first time applications, you must remove any oxidation by preparing the surface with Poli Prep™ and Poli Ox™.

A properly prepared surface should look uniformly dull without color changes or blotches. Some of the colors will still appear bleached or faded until Poli Glow® has been applied.

If you are applying maintenance coats of Poli Glow®, wash and dry the surface first with Poli Wash™. Remove any waxes or spray on ceramics by adding Poli Wash Pro™.

General application instructions:

  • Do not apply in the rain or on windy days

  • Avoid direct sunlight if possible

  • Ambient temperature should be between 65 and 90 degrees fahrenheit

  • Low to mid humidity—high humidity can cause the product to streak

  • Keep out of rain for 48 hours after application

Application steps:

  1. Moisten the Poli-Mitt™ Applicator

  2. Shake well, and drizzle several lines of Poli Glow® onto the Poli-Mitt Applicator™. Wring gently to evenly distribute the Poli Glow®. Do not soak the mitt.

  3. Apply Poli Glow® in vertical or horizontal strokes (not circles) and work in four to six foot sections.

  4. Poli Glow® should be applied in thin coats, allowing several minutes for each coat to dry in between applications. Apply the next coat when the surface is not tachy and doesn’t feel wet, about 1-2 minutes.

  5. Allow to cure for 48 hours.

The recommended number of coats of Poli Glow® to apply depends on the UV index where you live. In general, you will need at least 6-8 coats for a first-time application.

Please refer to the Poli Glow® Application and Maintenance Guide for detailed guidance.

At least once per year, wash your RV with Poli Wash™ and re-apply 3-4 coats of Poli Glow® to maintain your glossy shine.

Where you live determines how often you should apply maintenance coats. Recreational vehicles in tropical climates require more frequent maintenance than those in temperate ones.
