Poli Glow Customer Spotlight Program – Terms and Conditions

By submitting your before and after photos or videos (“Submissions”) to Poli Glow, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Eligibility

  • The program is open to individuals who have purchased a Poli Glow Deluxe Kit.
  • Participants must be 18 years or older.
  • Employees of Poli Glow and their immediate families are not eligible for contest prizes.

2. Submission Guidelines

  • Participants may submit photos, videos, or both showing their restoration project using Poli Glow products.
  • Submissions must be original, created by the participant, and not infringe on any third-party rights.
  • By submitting, you confirm you have full rights to the content.
  • Avoid adding logos, watermarks, or other brands
  • All Submissions must be appropriate for public display (no offensive or illegal content).
  • Photo Requirements
    • Shoot vertically — hold your phone up and down (portrait mode) for photos
    • Format: JPEG or PNG
    • Before & After: Take both photos from the same spot, angle, and distance
    • Lighting: Natural light is best; try to shoot during the day with minimal shadows
    • Framing: Include the full area you restored so the transformation is obvious
    • Consistency: The more consistent your before & after shots, the more dramatic the transformation will appear
  • Video Requirements
    • Orientation: Horizontal (landscape mode)
    • Format: MP4 or MOV
    • Length: 15–45 seconds ideal for social media
    • Content: Show your restoration from start to finish, including:
      1. “Before” walk-around of the area
      2.  Application of Poli Glow products
      3. “After” reveal walk-around
      4. Optional close-ups of shiny or restored areas
    • Lighting: Well-lit areas; natural light preferred
    • Stability: Use a tripod, table, or steady surface for best results
    • Audio: Optional commentary explaining your process or reaction
  • Bonus Entry in the Quarterly Before & After Content
    • Time-Lapse: Capture your process from start to finish and receive an additional entry into the Quarterly Before & After Contest

3. How To Enter

  • Email your Submission to: customerspotlight@poliglowproducts.com
  • Include your full name and Email in your submission
  • Submissions will be reviewed by Poli Glow before rewards points are given or content is used by Poli Glow for marketing placement

4. Rewards

  • 500 Poli Glow Loyalty Points for each eligible Submission.
  • Free 16oz Slick Seal shipped to you for eligible Submission.
  • Entries are automatically included in the Quarterly Before & After Contest.
  • Quarterly Contest winners will receive a $100 Poli Glow Gift Card and be prominently featured on our website, dedication email on the restoration and placement on our social media channels.
  • Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. Content Usage

  • By submitting, you grant Poli Glow a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use your Submission in marketing materials, including social media, website, email campaigns, advertisements, and promotional content.
  • Poli Glow may edit, crop, or enhance Submissions as needed
  • Poli Glow will own all rights to the content submitted

6. Contest Rules

  • Participants must have purchased either a Deluxe Detailing Kit or a Restoration Kit
  • Participants must submit either before & after photos or a video that follows the Submission Guidelines above to be eligible.
  • Poli Glow reserves the right to disqualify submissions that do not meet the above guidelines or appear misleading.
  • Quarterly Contest Winners will be chosen based on transformation quality, creativity, and adherence to submission guidelines.
  • Quarterly Contest Winners will be notified by email and featured on the Poli Glow website and social media channels

7. General Terms

  • Poli Glow reserves the right to modify or terminate the program at any time.
  • Submissions are provided “as-is,” and Poli Glow is not responsible for any loss, damage, or liability arising from participation.
  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Florida/Vero Beach.
