For first-time applications, it is essential to remove any oxidation from your Boat or RV by preparing the surface with Poli Prep® and Poli Ox®. If this is your first time using Poli Glow®, consider purchasing the Poli Glow® Deluxe Kit, which includes everything you need. For optimal restoration results, proper preparation of the surface is critical.

**General Application Instructions for the application of Poli Glow®:**
- Never apply in the rain or on windy days to ensure a flawless finish.
- Whenever possible, shield your project from direct sunlight.
- Ideal ambient temperatures range between 65°F and 90°F for optimal results.
- Aim for low to moderate humidity for enhanced application conditions.
- After applying, keep the surface protected from rain for 48 hours to ensure full curing.

**Application Steps:**
1. Prepare the Poli-Mitt® Applicator by moistening it with water—be sure to wring it out until it's just damp.
2. Shake the Poli Glow® bottle well, then drizzle several lines onto the Poli-Mitt® Applicator. Wring gently to spread the product evenly—no soaking here!
3. Apply Poli Glow® with confidence using vertical or horizontal strokes (avoid circular motions) in manageable four- to six-foot sections.
4. For the best results, apply Poli Glow® in thin layers, allowing each coat to dry for a 1-2 minutes. Wait until the surface feels dry and no longer tacky before adding the next coat.
5. Total cure time is 48 hours. Avoid rain for your Boat & RV and do not put your Boat in the water until fully cured.

Achieving and maintaining a brilliant shine for your Boat or RV is crucial to its longevity. To ensure your investment looks its best, wash it regularly with Poli Wash®. Now that Poli Glow® has been applied, maintenance is important to give the finish longevity. It’s vital to understand that this is not a one-time solution. Over time, even Poli Glow® will undergo oxidation from exposure to the elements—though it does so more slowly than other products.

By committing to regular maintenance of the Poli Glow® finish, you can effectively stave off oxidation and minimize the need for future extensive labor intensive re-polishing work. Maintenance also protects the surface from damage. With the right upkeep, Poli Glow® can last an impressive five to six years.

Maintenance of the Poli Glow® finish should be done at least annually. This includes washing the surface with Poli Wash®, removing stains with Poli Wash Pro®, and reapplying 3-4 coats of Poli Glow® to keep that beautiful Gloss That's Boss!

Keep in mind that where you live plays a significant role in how often you should reapply maintenance coats. If you're in a tropical area, you'll want to be proactive, as these conditions demand more frequent attention than those in temperate climates.
